Cancellation Policy – North Peak Digital

You may cancel your North Peak Digital service or subscription by submitting written notice before the start of your next billing cycle or renewal period. Cancellations received after a billing cycle has begun may not qualify for a refund and may be subject to fees as outlined in your individual service agreement, proposal, or project terms.

If your access to North Peak Digital services is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service, contractual obligations, or misuse of services, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining or unused portion of the service period.

Upon cancellation or termination, account-related data, campaign materials, analytics reports, creative assets, or deliverables may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to back up or download any relevant files, reports, or assets prior to account closure.

North Peak Digital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service tier, feature, pricing structure, or offering at any time. Refunds related to such changes will only be granted if explicitly stated in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
