North Peak Digital provides premium design, development, and digital marketing services delivered through clearly defined project scopes, proposals, and service agreements. Unless explicitly stated in a signed contract, all service fees, project deposits, retainers, and platform access costs are non-refundable once service delivery has begun or digital assets have been created, shared, or approved.
If you believe you have been billed in error or overcharged, please contact our support team at info@northpeakdigital.cc. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted solely at the discretion of North Peak Digital.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, service tiers, subscription plans, or professional fees at any time. Any pricing changes will apply only to future billing cycles or new agreements and will not affect invoices that have already been issued or paid.
In cases of account suspension or termination due to a breach of our Terms of Service, contractual agreement, or misuse of services, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused or remaining service periods.
North Peak Digital does not offer refunds or compensation for delays caused by client-side approvals, requested scope changes, third-party platform issues, or service interruptions unless otherwise specified in a formal written agreement signed by both parties.
